HOT WATER BOTTLE Indulge in a little extra comfort and warmth with our Flannel Check Hot Water Bottle in a new smaller 1 Litre size. Providing a natural alternative to keeping warm or easing symptoms associated with muscle tension, period cramps and body aches, it’s easy to fill and leak free.
The cover is made from a cotton flannel in a charming colourful check print, and the lining is made from Australian wool and viscose for extra warmth.
Did you know Hot Water Bottles can also be used in summer? Simply fill with cold water to enjoy instant coolness and relief from warm weather.Directions for use: Hold the hot water bottle around the neck in an upright position. Twist open the stopper and carefully fill up the bottle two-thirds of capacity or less, with hot or warm water. Screw the stopper sufficiently tight to ensure there is no leakage. Check that the funnel is empty to prevent burns. DO NOT overfill. DO NOT use boiling water or water from a domestic hot water system. DO NOT sit on a filled hot water bottle. When not in use, drain completely and keep the stopper removed, in a cool, dry dark place with nothing on top of it. Prevent exposure to sunlight. This will assist with the life of the hot water bottle.

With a cotton flannel front in a modern check pattern and an Australian wool and viscose backing for extra warmth, you’ll drift into a deeper state of rest thanks to the aromatic fill of locally sourced Lavender and Barley.
Hand-filled and hand finished here in Australia, gently heat in the microwave to activate the botanical aroma and to help ease symptoms of muscle tiredness, body aches and period cramps.

Ingredients: Barley and Lavender

Directions for use: Place your heat pillow in the microwave, ensuring turntable is clean. Heat on high for 1 minute, turning half way through to prevent hot spots. If further heating is required, repeat in 20 second increments until desired temperature is reached. Do not heat for more than 2 minutes continuously.
Not suitable for use in flatbed microwaves.
To use as a cooling pillow, place in refrigerator until desired temperature is reached.
