We offer Click & Collect from our Mudgee store. Just follow the prompts at checkout and add your details. We’ll let you know when your order is ready for collection.
We like to keep things simple — and fair:

Free shipping on orders over $200

Flat rate $15 shipping on orders under $200
Please note: Art, rugs, furniture, and other bulky items aren’t included in standard rates. These require special care, but we’ll always work to find you the best and most affordable delivery option.
Framed prints can be drop-shipped directly from our supplier. Delivery time is approx. 1–4 weeks — a great value option across Australia.
Need it faster?
Contact us at hello@whatevermudgee.com.au or leave a note in your cart for an Express Post quote. If it’s a small item and you’ve paid close to Express pricing, we’ll often upgrade you for free — especially during busy times like Christmas!
We’re based in rural NSW, so while we aim to pack and ship orders within 24 hours, delivery may take a little longer. Thanks for your patience — we promise it’s worth the wait!
Our stock levels reflect in-store availability. If there’s ever an issue, we’ll be in touch by email straight away.
To reduce costs (and waste), we reuse boxes and packaging wherever we can. Your parcel may look a little rustic, but it’s packed with care and love.
We ship via Australia Post or courier, and you’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order’s on the way.

Furniture & Bulky Items
A quote may be required for larger or fragile items like furniture or lighting. These may incur additional shipping costs, but we’ll always work to find the most cost-effective solution. Please reach out in-store or via email for freight quotes.
Lost or Undelivered Items
We’ll replace, refund or re-deliver parcels if the error is ours (e.g. incorrect labeling). However, we can't be responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
Once shipped, delivery is at the customer’s risk. If your order hasn’t arrived, contact Australia Post or the courier directly with your tracking number. If needed, email us and we’ll help lodge an enquiry.
For items sent via TNT, Star Track, or similar freight services, damage claims must be made within 24 hours, with photo evidence. Delayed claims can’t be covered.
Items sent with Australia Post must be presented at a post office by the recipient to lodge a damage claim. We insure all outgoing items and will support you through the process if issues arise.
We do our absolute best to pack everything securely — it may not look pretty, but it should arrive safe and sound!
