We offer Click + Collect from our Mudgee store, just follow the prompts + add your details during check out. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.
We endeavour to have accurate stock levels online, however we are human. All shipments are subject to availability.
Standard orders placed Monday – Friday (excluding Public Holidays) will be processed and shipped within two business days. Unless the orders are on 'pre-order' status.
We try our best to keep shipping costs to a minimum. We re-use boxes and packaging as often as we can to minimise waste. Sometimes our boxes aren’t the prettiest, but we promise the package inside is well looked after.
Parcels are shipped via Australia Post or a courier – you will be issued with a tracking number via email at the time of shipment.
All shipping is at the customers risk. Once items have been dispatched and tracking numbers provided, we do not hold responsibility for lost parcels, or packages damaged in transit.
Shipping is charged as per size & weight of your items purchased. We are in Rural NSW so please be aware freight times can very. Australia Post & Couriers at present is having delays that are out of our control.
Flat Rate $20 on bulk item.
Flat Rate $35 on all Art, large, heavy items.
Framed prints can be drop-shipped directly from the supplier to your door. Waiting times apply (approximately 6 weeks) but this can be a very affordable option Australia-wide.
Express Post – should you wish to receive your item faster - please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange.
Furniture or Bulky Items
*A quote may need to be organised for bulky goods available in store or online. Additional costs may be incurred for shipping of bulky goods. We will work with you to achieve the cheapest possible freight costing. Please contact us in store or via email for freight costs for furniture, lighting & fragile items - we try our best to make it as cost effective as possible.
Lost or Undelivered items
Whatever Mudgee will re-deliver, replace or refund any parcel that is incorrectly labelled by us. We do not take responsibility for delivery addresses that are incorrectly provided or insufficient.
All shipping is at the customers risk. Once items have been lodged for delivery, we do not hold responsibility for lost parcels or packages damaged in transit. Please contact Australia Post or the nominated courier and advise them that your order has not arrived. You will need to quote your tracking number that was sent in your shipping confirmation e-mail. If the carrier is unable to locate your item, please contact us at email@example.com and we will lodge an enquiry for you.
Any item sent with TNT, Aramex freight or alike has a 24 hour window to report damages and claims of breakages with photo evidence. We will make a claim and report the result. Any claims outside this period are not covered. Items sent with Australia Post - under Australia Posts rules must be presented to the post office by the receiver to lodge a claim. We insure every product and item that leaves our door and will help you through the process should this happen to you. We try our very best to wrap and bubble wrap and triple wrap our packages!! They may not arrive pretty but they should arrive safe and sound.
