We do ask however that you do shop carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. Products may be returned for an exchange or credit note only. This policy is non-negotiable.You are able to use you credit on anything, for split purchases and this will not expire.
Our exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange or store credit.
We ask that you contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your item/s. We want you to be confident with your order – should you feel it is not right in description we will exchange or provide a credit note
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging

We recommend that you use registered post or a traceable courier when returning an item as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us. For larger more expensive items we recommend taking insurance out for the item - to cover any loss or damage as we take no responsibility for this.
Upon receipt of thegoods, we will issue a credit note for exchange .
We stock many brands & items that are unique + handmade. Yes they have imperfections + yes they have flaws + that's exactly why we love them. It is the mark of the artist + artisan that you are buying + supporting. We love to support handmade and fair trade products. Some of our products are made from natural materials and therefore differ from item to item. If you are unsure about a product, please contact us prior to purchasing and we will help you as much as we can.
If an item is defective or damaged, can you please email us at email@example.com with photographs and advise within 3 days of receiving your item. We will work with you to rectify the situation.
