A traditional recipe from the UK, this chuncky chutney is deliciously tangy, subtly spicy and packed with flavour, with plump saltanas and currants that burst in the mouth. Best had in the tradtional way with cold meats, crumbly cheddar cheese and fresh crusty bread. Also delicious with a cold quiche, terrine and salad. Bill's Ploughmans a must have for a picnic.
