Extra Virgin Olive Oil | Correggiola Frantoio

A medium robust, herbaceous Extra Virgin Olive Oil that beautifully reflects the ripeness of the fruit at the time of picking. The late harvest allowed the olives to further develop their softer fruit notes and makes this an exquisite dipping and cooking oil.

 Judges’ notes from the 2025 Sydney Royal Fine Food Show:

"Delicate green aromas with sweet confectionary notes of marshmallow, spice, and vanilla that carry nicely to the palate. The oil has a bold character, with robust bitterness and gentle chilli pungency providing a strong, distinctive flavour. Light and creamy on the mouthfeel, the complexity of the bitterness and subtle astringency adds depth, while the sweet vanilla notes create a harmonious contrast."
