Extra Virgin Olive Oil | CMV

What is CMV? Correggiola, Manzanillo and Verdale are the olive varieties that were harvested together and first cold pressed for this Extra Virgin Olive Oil on the same day. The olives were well ripened with the Verdale still more on the green side which gives the oil a well-balanced bitterness while still pleasantly fruity on the palate and surprises with a nice peppery finish.

 Judges’ notes from the 2025 Sydney Royal Fine Food Show:

"Sweet butterscotch and ripe banana aroma with green rocket. There is a good transfer to the palate of these aromas with a smooth, creamy mouthfeel. A balanced and harmonious oil with a lingering warmth."
