Price Match Policy

Found it cheaper? We'll match it.

As a small, local business, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If you find an identical item in stock and advertised for less by another Australian retailer, we'll happily match the price, in store in Mudgee or online.

How Our Price Match Works

• The item must be identical: the same brand, product, size and colour, and brand new.
• The other retailer must be based in Australia and have the item in stock and available to buy now, online or in store.
• Online, we compare the total price including delivery. 
• The price match must be requested before you buy.
• Limit of 2 of the same item per customer.

What's Not Included

• Marketplace or third-party sellers, such as eBay, Amazon Marketplace, Facebook Marketplace or Etsy
• Overseas retailers
• Clearance, ex-display, damaged or second-hand items
• Member-only or loyalty pricing, discount codes, gift with purchase, or bundle deals
• Pricing errors or prices we can't verify

How to Request a Price Match

Shopping Online

Email us at hello@whatevermudgee.com.au or send us a message on chat, with a link to the other retailer's listing. 

Shopping In Store

Show us the other retailer's listing.

We review every request individually and may decline a match if we can't verify the price or stock availability.
