This original ‘Josh&Sue’ spice will add a special tang to all your meat dishes, from BBQs to roasts. Rub seasoning over meat, poultry or seafood before cooking, for that authentic ‘Taste of the Mediterranean’ in every dish!

Our fragrant Mediterranean spice blend that is very versatile and fragrant, use as a dry rub on meats, fish , chicken, add to tacos, tagines, root vegetables, chickpeas or tofu.

Mix with Olive Oil or lemon juice to make a paste, add our  rub over meat, fish, prawns, add to burger meat, add to Greek yogurt, sauce or mayonnaise. 

Use our rub in vegetarian cooking too, this spice mix is fantastic to flavour up any dish from roast potatoes to vegetarian lasagna.

Mix with stock or lemon juice to make couscous or quinoa, add to soups and casseroles for a wonderful depth of flavour.

Sprinkle over chopped vegetable with a little olive oil before roasting
